The Story
Our cigar cases are hand cut, shaped and stitched in Spain using traditional techniques. Our signature Connolly vegetable tanned leather is first cut to size and then soaked in water to make it pliable. Each piece is then shaped and formed by hand around a wooden buck and left to dry which creates the unique rounded shape. A nappa lining is then added and finally the sides are stitched and edge painted by hand.
Sized to fit Churchill cigars. Or shorter cigars with a narrower gauge.
