Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included to facilitate a smooth refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into your Connolly account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and specify your reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all original designer labels and security tags are intact and included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Deliver your package to the designated courier drop-off point or schedule a complimentary home collection through our logistics partner's website.
